Office Redevelopment – NATO Northwood Headquarters
In partnership with WS Atkins Defence, Emerald Group undertook the refurbishment of 25,000 sq ft of office space within HMS Warrior (Northwood HQ). This was to a very tight timescale in line with a NATO strategic requirement for a team of international delegates to deliver a high-security project
Emerald staff were based at HMS Warrior for almost three years undertaking many similar projects under MTC contract conditions for both M&E and BCE disciplines
