Building Services Maintenance

Emerald were appointed to undertake the installation of mechanical services, electrical services, lighting and life safety systems for two floors in the landmark building No. 1 Poultry following the client’s acquisition of another floor. The scope of works encompassed a full catering kitchen, staff buttery, conference rooms and a presentation suite

Following the success of this appointment, we successfully tendered for the building services maintenance contract for the whole of Aviva Investors four-floor demise; demonstrating our ability to meet the very high service level requirements of this client. The contract was re-awarded to Emerald for a second term in 2008

Such is our close working partnership with Aviva that Emerald Group companies have undertaken much of the medium-cycle mechanical and electrical refurbishment works required to bring the building up to the latest specification in terms of lighting and power requirements helping Aviva meet its carbon reduction targets
